“Cools Custom remodeled the exterior of my house, especially a very wonky front porch.

This historic home in Willow Glen had suffered settling in the front porch area, thanks to the drought, sandy soil, and some opportunistic termites. Cracks starting opening in the stucco of one of the front pillars, and went downhill from there. I was beside myself with worry when it just got worse as we discovered more and more damage, but Cools kept me calm and worked with me to make repairs in stages until it was completely resolved. A final paint job made it all good as new.

Cools was extra helpful with the paint. When the first paint job was unexpectedly shiny, they repainted it without any question, in fact, they suggested it! They won’t do a halfway job, not with their name on it. I am so impressed with them. I have referred many friends and neighbors to them, and will use them again on my next project.
